FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical machine building and is intended for controlled intensification of chemical processes in liquid media (solutions, emulsions, suspensions) by an integrated exposure to hydro dynamical, ultrasound, vortex and cavitation effects. The disperser-activator incorporates a stator, two coaxial and opposed rotors, two drives to allow their separate counterrotation, an impeller fitted on the shaft of every rotor. The aforesaid impeller represents a disk with through holes and one or several concentric rows of rings with a number of holes made therein. The stator is a cylinder covered with two detachable covers accommodating a major and minor drives of the rotors. The impeller rings fit with a clearance into the mating concentric chutes incorporating radial open segmented recesses, their depth being smaller than that of concentric chutes. The impeller with larger outer ring accommodate a centrifugal pump blade device facing the scroll the outlet of which makes a branch pipe connected with the unloader branch pipe via a controlled throttle. The minor drive cover is furnished with through radial channels facing the manifold connected to the unloader branch pipe. The invention ups the efficiency of liquid media processing by creating the activation conditions initiating the breakage of intermolecular and radical bonds.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid media processing.
