FIELD: methods of preparation of emulsions. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing liquid fuel and water, emulsifying in static cavitation unit, cleaning and final treatment in hydrodynamic cavitation multi-section unit; each section of this unit is provided with rotor and stator. Static cavitation unit is made in form of tube with inner tubular partition. Cavitators are located in circular chamber and inside central tube. Vortex chamber is mounted at inlet. Hydrodynamic cavitation unit has several opposing sections provided with stators with contractions and rotors with diffusers. EFFECT: increased degree of homogenization at any degree of purity of components. 13 cl, 6 dwg
