FIELD: wool processing machinery. SUBSTANCE: machine has fibre delivery unit with feeding roll which is installed for possible rotation, bowl with perforated false bottom, transporting member in the form of endless belt with fittings on its surface, guide members, means for delivery of working agent to fibres being processed in the form of nozzles, fibre removal unit, means for removing vegetation impurities from fibre installed below working agent surface with possibility of interaction with endless belt fittings, and pair of rolls with one of them being working, other - removing. Means for removing vegetation impurities is made in the form of brushes. Pair of rolls is installed above surface of endless belt which is located above working agent level. Bowl is provided with vertical partition for dividing it into two compartments. Delivery unit additionally has bin with deck and cylinder mounted at its outlet. Teeth of feeding roll and endless belt fittings are located in parallel. Guide members of endless belt are in the form of pulleys which are installed to form rows. Endless belt is located on guide pulleys along spiral line. Nozzles of working agent delivery means and removing unit are positioned above return line of endless belt. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
