FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: wash bowl consists of three sections. First section: wetting of treated material; second section: intensive washing under the action of electrohydraulic effect; third section: rinsing of treated material. Pulse electric field is formed between electrodes and conveyer arch. Produced in the electric field are superhigh hydraulic pressure causing formation of shock waves, and powerful cavitation processes which ensure splitting of bonds between material and foreign impurities, which pass through conveyer cells into washing solution of bowl second section. Washing conditions are determined by working conditions of generator. Material is rinsed with pure water spray cones formed by nozzles. Used water from the third section is fed through pipeline to nozzles of the first section for wetting. EFFECT: improved washing quality, higher efficiency of equipment with material saving of means, heat, water and electric power. 1 dwg
