SUBSTANCE: this relates to hydrodynamic investigation of oil and gas wells and can be used for producing and injection of reservoir liquids and working agents into producing reservoirs. Device has string of lifting tubes with starting sleeves, packers installed above interlayers, upper and lower sleeves and removable plug. Upper and lower columns below packers have longitudinal and radial passages which are intercrossing. Axial passage of upper sleeve as to its diameter is larger than diameter of axial passage in lower sleeve. These passages are cylindrical. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
