FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in cementing of casing strings. SUBSTANCE: the offered device includes body with packer units at its ends, drive of packer opening and channels for passage of drilling mud made in form of longitudinal pipes adjacent to body. Made between pipes are perforations closed with acid-soluble plugs. Total sectional area of pipes amounts to, at least, 20% of sectional areas of annular space between well walls and casing string. EFFECT: exclusion of crossflows between water-bearing and oil formations and reduced specific metal content. 2 cl, 3 dwg
