FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat is supplied to steam inside the steam boiler and high-temperature steam heater. The steam is then heated and enters the rotor wherein the major portion of steam, whose parameters sufficient for converting on the vanes of the rotor, is formed. The major portion of steam is condensed in the cold portion of the rotor due to heat withdrawing through the finned surface. The heat withdrawn is used for heating water that enters the steam boiler. The remainder portion of the steam is discharged to the condenser and is cooled by air sucked through the condenser by a fan. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 dwg
