SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in combined-cycle power plants and thermal energy recovery devices. The gas-steam power plant contains a steam-gas cascade pressure exchanger integrated with a gas turbine engine in such a way that the working fluid from the compressor of the gas turbine engine is supplied to the low-pressure working fluid supply port; on the opposite side of the housing there is an outlet port for the low-pressure working fluid (water steam) into the low-pressure or medium pressure turbine. Further, as the rotor rotates, there is a port for supplying the high-pressure working fluid (water steam from the waste heat boiler); on the opposite side in the housing wall there is an outlet port for the high-pressure working fluid (air), connected to the combustion chamber, the outlet of which is connected to the gas turbine. In the rotor of a steam-gas cascade pressure exchanger, several rows of channels are made, for example, with the channels in some rows offset relative to the channels in other rows. There is also a number of ports (windows) connected to each other by bypass channels; in front of the low-pressure turbine there is a high-temperature one, and behind the low-pressure turbine there is a low-temperature waste heat boiler, after which the flow of the working fluid is connected to the condensate separator.
EFFECT: scope of application of the pressure exchanger is expanded, the efficiency and environmental parameters of gas-steam power plants are improved.
