FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: pivots of the balancer are mounted on the head as well as immediately on the body of the balancer for permitting rotation about its axis. The rotation mechanism is made up as a screw-nut transmission. The screw-nut transmission is mounted for permitting reciprocation and provided with two dummy grooves symmetrically with respect to the axis of the screw. The stops-axles are received in the grooves to exclude rotation of the nut with respect to the screw. One end of the screw is positioned inside the spherical bushing mounted in the pivot of the balancer body. The pivots are interconnected through a screw mounted for rotation.
