FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oilfield equipment, particularly, to sucker-rod pump mechanical drive. Proposed pumpjack comprises frame 1, post 2 coupled therewith, walking beam with body 6 and head 7 coupled via crossbar and crank gear with reduction gear 3 engaged via belt gear with motor 4, and crank gear guard. Post 2 has front and rear supports. Head 7 is connected to body 6 by means of pin 10 and spring retainer 11 and is made with possibility of rotation at an angle of up to 90°. At the end of body 6 there is platform 9 for attachment of walking beam counterweights. Platforms 25 for maintenance of walking beam support are installed under body 6. Platform 22 for servicing crossbar support 13 is arranged above reduction gear 3. Drive pulley 18 of belt transmission is made with taper hole and is arranged on shaft of electric motor 4 through conical bushing with central nut for fastening pulley on bushing. Motor 4 is mounted on skids mounted on rotary platform 24. Servicing platform 27 of electric motor 4 is fixed to frame 1 by means of hook-supports, diagonal thrusts and bolted connections. Platforms 25 are mounted on two crossbars in form of angle sections fixed on front and rear supports of post 2. First crossbar and front support are provided with appropriate fastening holes. Second crossbar is provided with slots made with possibility of compensation of error of mutual position of front and rear supports of post 2.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the technological design, ensuring simple installation and maintenance of the pumpjack.
