FIELD: safety devices for pressure vessels. SUBSTANCE: valve mounted on metal members of composite load-bearing envelope of vessel contains tubular portion with pressure relief passage passed through guide hole in casing. On side of vessel, casing is provided with second hole having pointed edges; this hole is closed with inner polymer envelope of vessel. pressure relief passage and cavity of casing are filled with low-melting material which becomes fusible in case of emergency thermal load (fire). End of tubular portion directed towards vessel is made in the form of half-cone. Provision is made for charge of distance between end of tubular portion and pointed edges of casing holes.
