FIELD: granulation of solutions. SUBSTANCE: granulating device has hollow perforated truncated cone with a lid connected to coaxial drive shaft and provided with cutters being sliding when revolving with blades of proper thickness. In so doing, number of discrete channels in case wall is determined from dependency as follows: nК= n1 l1/l2,, where n1 is the number of discrete channels in the first row; l1 is the distance along generatrix of cone surface from the cone vertex to cross plane where discrete channels are located, l2 is the distance from the cone vertex to the plane where channel holes of the first section are located. EFFECT: the granulation device provides monodispersity of granules produced so and enables polymer solutions of normal and high concentration to be reprocessed in the field of the highest values of Newtonian and structural viscosity for flow curve. 2 tbl, 2 dwg
