FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas equipment, namely to metal-composite high-pressure cylinders, used, in particular, in automotive industry, in housings of filters for water treatment, in portable apparatuses of rescuers, in portable products of cryogenic and fire-fighting equipment, in gas supply systems and other applications . Technical result in implementation of proposed solution is achieved due to that cylinder has sealing thin-wall liner, load-bearing composite material shell with front and rear flanges arranged between the liner and the load-bearing composite shell and in the rear flange contacting with the lantern on the side of the contact surface there is a well-hole, the diameter of which is more than 1.25 δσ/p, containing on the surface at least two pointed profiled faces – cutter and insulated throughout the space from liner material with a fusible insert, and load-bearing composite shell consists of at least three interconnected layers-shells from groups of threads of reinforcing material, oriented along surface of liner with different angles and thicknesses of reinforcement, at that, epoxy resin with additives of plasticizing fire retardants is used as polymer binder for composite material.
EFFECT: ensuring explosion safety of the balloon in fire.
