FIELD: combustion of gaseous, liquid and solid fuels for heating gases, liquids and solid bodies; decontamination of gaseous, liquid and hard wastes by burning; oxidation of ammonia; production of formaldehyde by partial oxidation of methane. SUBSTANCE: reactions are carried out on catalyst made in form of low-volume organizing packing placed in reactor with fluidized bed of particles of solid dispersed boat carrier. Catalytically active packing is made in form of fixed block whose members are made in form of screen, Rashig rings, etc. Catalytically active packing has catalyst corresponding to catalytic process to be carried out. Initial substances for conducting process are delivered into fluidized bed of inert heat carrier in gaseous, liquid or solid state. Solid dispersed material with melting temperature higher than temperature at which process is carried out is used as inert heat carrier. EFFECT: provision of high efficiency of catalytic process without use of expensive spherical catalyst; service life of catalyst is 50-100 times greater. 4 cl
