FIELD: cryogenic engineering; local cooling of surfaces of metal structure. SUBSTANCE: device has coating made of easily deformable material applied with overlapping onto fragment of surface and hermetically sealed on surface by mechanical pressure by means of bracing members. Coating has three channels and tubular perforated distributor arranged in central channel to deliver liquid cryogenic agent. Side channels are connected with central channel by through holes and with surrounding medium by drain holes to let out cold vapors. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
