FIELD: filtration technics. SUBSTANCE: ceramic filter contains a block of porous oxide material with through channels having membrane layer on their walls, which has been formed from initial oxide material treated by predetermined temperature and pressure. Filter is manufactured by way of mixing ceramic material and organic additive (paraffin solution of polyethylene) at 90-160 C, stabilizing mixture at 60-90 C, shaping it in preheated to 40-80 C apparatus with internal rods to form channels, cooling the apparatus during which operation rods are removed at 30-50 C followed by removing stock which is then heated with the rate 60 C/h and baked at 1200-1600 C. Shaping apparatus has split die in the form of two hard plates, insertion with central rectangular passage, opening to place internal rods, and gating system disposed on one of plates of split die which communicates with central passage by means of supply channel.
