FIELD: medical measuring facilities. SUBSTANCE: device contains housing with attachment means and pulse transducer with electric outlet. According to invention, housing also encloses hinge-joined plate with fixation members, bellows fastened to plate through their ends, and pneumatic system connected through valves with inner cavities of bellows. Pulse transducers are installed on free ends of bellows. Ratio of diameter of end contact surface of each bellow supporting pulse transducers to inner diameter of bellow ranges from 0.07 to 1. Pneumatic system includes air pressure control means and pneumatic system pressure value indication means. EFFECT: improved reproducibility and accuracy of pulse signal registering. 3 cl, 3 dwg
