FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing electric signal corresponding to pulse wave under measurement by means of transducer set on body surface on a vein, adjusting amplitude-frequency characteristic of the produced electric signal to build electric signal of prescribed shape as a line in a group of sequential sinusoid half-waves of measured pulse wave period. The first and the second sinusoid half-waves amplitudes are greater than the following sinusoid half-waves amplitudes of pulse wave under measurement. Comparison analysis of amplitude-frequency characteristics of electric signal of prescribed shape is carried out to set diagnosis. When adjusting amplitude-frequency characteristic of the produced electric signal, electric signal of prescribed shape is built. The signal is composed of two half-periods of pulse wave under measurement equal in duration. A group of five sequential sinusoid half-waves is included into the first half-period of pulse wave under measurement of which the first, the third and the fifth sinusoid half-wave are positive half-waves and the second, the fourth and the sixth ones are negative half-waves. Power of prescribed shape electric signal and/or powers of signal components are determined from amplitude-frequency characteristics and comparison analysis is carried out for setting diagnosis by comparing powers of signal components of pulse wave under measurement to component powers of standard shape pulse wave signal corresponding to normal organism organs and/or systems condition and/or by comparing powers of signal components of pulse wave under measurement to each other. Methods for measuring pulse wave and parameters describing organism organs and/or systems condition involve applying deviation matrix and device usable for implementing the methods.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of measurements and diagnosis.
