FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology. SUBSTANCE: in process of restoring lower segment of uterus using knotted coopting sutures, ligature is practised using four additional pricks in and out, namely: two pricks for guaranteed cooptation of uterus mucosa, and two pricks in outer myometrium layers (at depth equal to 1/3 on entire uterus wall thickness) of uterus' lower segment for guaranteed cooptation of main myometrium layer. EFFECT: guaranteed and safe restoration of uterus' lower segment in single row. 1 tbl, 2 dwg
