FIELD: physical therapy equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system treatment using various physical factors on local parts of human body in the reflex therapy. Apparatus contains a small needle hammer having handle with, disposed on one or two its ends, head with butt, on which metal needles are fixed. Apparatus also has electrostatic discharge generator made in the form of handle of a cylindrical hollow casing equipped with covers and enclosing spring-loaded striker with needles extending beyond one of the covers, which striker is apt to reciprocate in the course of percussion. Striker is made of dielectric material forming triboelectric couple with ring of matched dielectric material, which slidingly embraces striker being attached to inner surface of casing wall. Cylindrical surface of striker possesses metal collector strips arranged along element of cylindrical surface. One end of strips contacts with metal disk placed on striker butt on the side of needles fixed on it. If two strikers with unlike mechanical properties are available, both of them are mutually spring-loaded. Apparatus may also have additional system of mechanical and electrical action on human body. In the latter case, cylindrical casing functions as axle for disk-like wheels made of dielectric forming triboelectric couple with rings of matched dielectric material disposed in notches on the side of outer surface of casing wall, the wheels having needles fixed in radial directions.
