FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rigid triboelectretic disk with polished working surface and handle fixed thereon. The handle is movably mounted on the disk axially reciprocating and spring-loaded relative to the disk. Needles are mounted on the handle surface facing the disk. Through holes are made in the disk coaxially with the needles. Needle heights are selected to satisfy a condition h n < m, where n is the disk thickness, m is the maximum free travel of the handle relative to the disk.
