Device has visual indicator of preparedness of integument for therapeutic treatment and is located in handle hollow. Used as visual indicator is neon discharger which is installed so that transparent dome of its balloon through which light flashes are conducted is located on handle surface and serves as grounding electrode, and the other electrode is connected with conductor brought out to disk polished working surface.
