FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: in a reactor for producing thermoplastic high-purity polymers for polymer optical fibers and objects for optical destination, fitting pipe for feeding reactants is disposed in the center of cover of upper chamber. In the fitting pipe coaxially with reactor, monomer distributor is mounted. Distance from distributor to the end of upper chamber is chosen to be equal to 1/4-1/3 its height. Reactor is also provided with deflectors located in each chamber before discharge pipes. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
