FIELD: railway transport; repair facilities. SUBSTANCE: machine tool has centering heads and machining tools installed on uprights and device to deliver wheelsets to head center line which includes rail track sections and lifting mechanism. Machine tool has supply source and current leads to tools and wheelset, tools rotation and feed drives and drive for at least one of centering heads. Machine tools is furnished with baths for working liquid and bath vertical travel drives. Each bath is installed under rails of one of rail track section secured on supports and arranged with clearances relative to rails of adjacent sections. Clearances serve to pass walls of baths being vertically displaced. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
