FIELD: waste water purification and silver recovery. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on isolation of silver from waste water when regenerating photo- and cinefilms. Electrolysis is carried out with simultaneously treating waste water with constant magnetic field and infralow- frequency pulse electromagnetic field followed by settling and separating sediment, treatment being conducted with continuously circulating the same waste water volume. For this purpose, apparatus containing casing with inlet and outlet fitting pipes enclosing anode and cathodes mounted for rotation, is supplemented with constant magnetic field system containing constant magnets and infralow- frequency pulse electromagnetic field system containing corresponding emitter and coupled field coil installed along perimeter of casing. Inlet and outlet fittings are interconnected with pipeline including pump, whereas constant magnets are installed on cathodes, casing, and aforementioned pipeline.
