SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical devices for producing fertiliser and can be used in making a vertical tubular flow-through cell - reactor for producing humin-containing product, which is hydraulically linked by a proportioning pump to a mixer on a closed circulation circuit, and having discharge pipes which are parallel to each other and lie at a tangent to the surface of a cylinder, and fixed electrodes which are connected to a dc source. The cathode used is a cylindrical housing made from acid resistant non-corrosive metal, on both ends hermetically sealed by insulating covers, between which a graphite anode, for instance, lies flexibly on the axis of the cylinder. The inner surface of the cylinder is also fitted with a soluble electrochemical protector in form of a wavy or spiral corrugated insert, and in the lower part of the non-corrosive container there is a device which magnetises the reaction mass, made, for example, as part of anode-holding annular magnet or solenoid electromagnet, for example in form of the electrical winding of the stator of an electric motor.
