FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method relates to reconstruction of five-storied large-panel houses by adding small-scale structure to front side of building and by raising its height. For purpose of redistribution of loads produced by added storeys and for ensuring cooperative working of attached structure with existing structure, created at level of roofing of building being reconstructed is monolithic beam-type reinforced concrete band with prestressed reinforcement over perimeter of external and internal walls combined with load-bearing and walling structures of additions, and at level of inter-storey flooring - flexible links with prestressed reinforcement.
