FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: method includes superstructural and adding new stories. Additional foundation supports and columns are erected at a distance from 2.5 to 7 m. Building old members are joined with new members of ceilings of built-in structure from fabricated reinforced concrete members clamped by prestressed reinforcement. For this purpose, made in old wall from outside are blind sockets to receive reinforced concrete bearing members. Pulled through holes in columns and bearing members is reinforcement which is tightened and anchored to bearing members and columns. In mounting of loggias, balcony slabs with bearing members are installed, reinforcement is passed through holes and anchored. Then stories of superstructure are erected. EFFECT: simplified work of rebuilding, reduced labor input in mounting and simultaneous extension of building and superstructural with uniform distribution of load on existing and additional foundation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
