FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to removing deposits from pump-compressor tubes in wells equipped with electric centrifugal pumps and in gusher wells. When device encounters paraffin deposit, weight 3 moves down until blades 1, 2 fully draw together and weight 3 strikes blades 1, 2, 6. Simultaneously drawing together are parts 9, 10 of weight 3. Part 9 effects striking action on part 10 through which shock pulse is also transmitted to blades 1, 2, 6. With that, blades 1, 2, 6 are subjected to double shock pulse and due to that blade 6 cuts through deposit layer, device continues lowering and blades 1, 2, 6 remove layers of paraffin deposit. If at first attempt blade 6 fails to cut through deposit layers, then by means of wire 5 weight 3 is raised, blades 1, 2 of scraper and parts 9, 10 of weight 3 are drawn away, then wire 5 is lowered and weight 3 moves down again, and in result blades 1, 2, 6 and parts 9, 10 of weight 3 are drawn together. So, blades 1, 2, 6 are subjected to new double shock pulse. Above described operations are repeated for complete cutting of thick layers of deposit (plug) of paraffin by blade 6 and cleaning process is continued. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
