FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removing paraffin from tubing surface. The device includes a winch with a drum and an electric motor which is connected to control unit communicated with a sensor through a packet switch, a wire with a scraper on the end installed in the tubing, a control system consisting of lever, roller and sensor, which monitors wire tension and scraper position. Wire at the hole outlet is routed through the roller of control system and is wound on winch drum. Roller is installed on spring-loaded lever telescopically connected to bar installed with possibility of movement along axis in guides in well. Scraper location detector and roller rotation direction detector in the form of two hermetic contacts and magnets are installed on roller. The scraper is designed as a auger divided in two parts, which form complete profile of auger when assembled on general axis. Each of auger parts of mutually opposite rotation is equipped with a rotation lock providing free rotation of the auger when the scraper moves downwards and fixing the auger from rotation when the scraper moves upwards. At the ends of the scraper there are pre-treatment annular cutters of different diameters mounted on a frame of two perpendicular cojugated plates and which, on the one hand, is provided with threaded bushing and, on the other hand, provided with threaded shaft with a mounting process hole, and screw surface parts of the auger of opposite rotation are designed discontinuous along the longitudinal axis of the hollow rod rotating on the shaft with a gap allowing the auger to center with its cylindrical surface relative to the inner surface of the tubing regardless of no concentricity of tubing in coupling connections. There is a mountig process hole for assembling the scraper at the wellhead.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the device operation under load, reduced time for pipe cleaning operations due to optimal configuration of the scraper working elements.
