DEVICE FOR CLEANING TUBING STRING OF OIL WELLS FROM PARAFFIN Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E21B37/02 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes winch with drum and motor, which is connected to control unit connected to sensor, wire with a scraper on the end installed in tubing string, and control system consisting of lever, roller and sensor. Wire is routed over roller of control system and is reeled on winch drum. Roller is installed on spring-loaded lever telescopically connected to bar installed with possibility of movement along axis in guides in well. Electric motor speed governor is connected to control unit. On roller there installed are scraper location detector and roller rotation direction detector in the form of two hermetic contacts and magnets. Magnets are installed on roller, and hermetic contacts are on roller lever at the distance, which provides overlapping of their magnetic fields interaction zones. On the end of bar telescopically connected to spring-loaded roller lever there installed is a sensor of minimum weight in the form of hermetic contacts and magnets. Hermetic contact is mounted on the end of bar from nonmagnetic material, and magnets are mounted on the end of bar with possibility to be separated from hermetic contact by guiding pipe. The scraper is designed as a screw divided in two parts, which form complete profile of screw when assembled on general axis. Each part of screw is provided with a swing lock. Wire is attached to drum on axis with free rotation.

EFFECT: improving operating efficiency and reliability; simplifying design of scraper and control system.
