FIELD: spectral analysis. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with discharge chamber which has holes for gas supply and removal and near- electrode diaphragm which has holes and contains sample which serves as electrode. In addition device has ring distribution chamber, cone hole which is used for stabilizing gas supply and designed as ring cone cut which is located between housing and diaphragm which have socket over surface of cone cut which has calibration insertion with set of V-teeth. Near-electrode diaphragm has two sections. Outer section is dielectric and inner section conducts electric current. Housing also has two sections. Upper one distributes gas and lower one supplies electric current, liquid and gas. Insertion teeth have holes which provide channels together with sections of diaphragm and housing.
