FIELD: electric engineering, radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has resistor element, which is designed as at least two layers with two stationary current contacts which are connected to this layer. Said current contacts are designed as plate from heat-conducting current-conducting material. Resistor element is located on plate so that its layers are located above each other and at least one layer is shaped as trapezium with straight or curved sides. Material of layer which is applied directly on plate has specific three-dimensional resistance of at least factor of two greater than specific three-dimensional resistance of second layer which is located over first one. First resistor layer may be located in grove which is provided on plate. Sides of trapezoid may be shaped as pieces of 2-power polynomials. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 4 dwg
