FIELD: process of manufacture and construction of portable flexible electric heaters, applicable for local heating to a temperature not exceeding +45C, in particular, for internal treatment by hyperthermia of fractures, contusions, otitis, diseases of the organs of vision, radiculitis, bursitis, myositis.

SUBSTANCE: the flexible electric heater has a wire electroinsulated heating element wound on the carrying member with formation of flat coil fastened between the layers of the shell of heat-resistant moisture-proof electric insulating material. The shell and the carrying member are made of flexible polymeric film, having at least one adhesive surface. The wire electroinsulated heating element is made of copper wire. The flexible electric heater is powered from a low-voltage DC or AC source. For its manufacture on the mandrel representing a dismountable frame the carrying member in the form of a polymeric film is fixed in the form of polymeric film bent in such a form that its layers with the adhesive surface are positioned outside. The wire electroinsulating heating element is wound on the adhesive surface of the carrying member. The carrying member with the formed coil is removed from the mandrel by disassembly of the frame. A shell made of flexible polymeric film with the adhesive surface is applied on the coil turns from the face and basin sides, and pressing with flattening of the coil to the flat shape is performed.

EFFECT: enhanced flexibility at a thickness of 1.5 mm, safety and adaptability to manufacture, which makes it possible to use the product as a product of multiple and single use due to low cost.
