FIELD: agriculture, in particular, vegetable growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming flower-bearing sprouts as productive mass by planting seedlings of biennial kind cabbage in autumn and seedlings of annual kind cabbage in autumn or yearly spring. First cutting of sprouts is carried out at the initial stage of stem building, with stump of 5-10 cm height and leaf crown being left. Following cuttings of sprouts are conducted as sprouts are grown, with leaves growing 5-10 cm from sprout base being left, till sprouts building is ceased. EFFECT: increased efficiency in obtaining early product kept fresh for prolonged time and simplified method. 4 dwg
