FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making dislocation of femur head into the wound, removing cartilaginous tegument rests from it and treating femur head surface with liquid nitrogen. Then the femur head is wound with lavsan thread in 4-6 meridians placing the thread in the direction from the femur head to the femur neck where the thread is fixed. Then the femur head is set into the joint. EFFECT: improved conditions for regeneration of cartilaginous layer.
