FIELD: production of synthetic rubbers and thermoplastic materials; applicable at the stage of their dewatering. SUBSTANCE: machine has body accommodating worm shaft. Body consists of sections of compression, squeezing and heating of polymer material with filtering surface. Installed on outlet end face of body is extruding plate. Screw machine has loading funnel in form of pipe unit for supply of synthetic material. Mounted in zone of conjugation of loading funnel with body is filtering cylinder coaxial to worm shaft. Worm shaft in the zone carries flexible insert for elimination of clearance between worm flight and internal surface of filtering cylinder. Means for withdrawal of filtrate and pipe union for supply of synthetic material are tightly joined with process pipelines. Sections of polymer material compression, squeezing and heating have loosening members between flights of worm shaft. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
