FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for extracting oil from oil-bearing raw material, which may be used in individual and collective farms. SUBSTANCE: oil press has housing 1, extracting cylinder 2 with oil exit openings 3. Auger 4 mounted in extracting cylinder 2 has conical end 5 and end sleeve 6 with central oil cake discharge opening 7. Conical end 5 and sleeve 6 define pressing chamber 8. Oil press is further provided with auxiliary auger shaft 9 having conical end 10, and auxiliary end sleeve 11 with central opening 12. Auxiliary auger shaft is fixed in blind opening of auger 4. Conical end 10 of auxiliary auger shaft 9 and auxiliary end sleeve 11 define additional pressing chamber 14, which is communicated with pressing chamber 8 via central axial opening 12 of auxiliary end sleeve 11 and radial channels 16 in auger 4. Auger 4 has windows 19 made in zone where oil press is charged with oil-bearing raw material, and radial oil discharge openings 20 extending along auxiliary auger shaft 9 and opened into auger coiled slots.
