Preferably, process is carried out in the presence of the base and using the complex of the formula a as catalyst where: BJNAP means tertiary phosphine of the formula: Ru(bYNAP)XY_n where: - hydrogen, alkyl, aralkyl, alkaryl; X and Y - are nonchelate or noncoordinating anions of the formula R¹; n = 1-10.
