FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: dihydropyridine derivatives of the formula (I) where: Het - the group or ; A means direct bond, -CH2-,-CH2-CH2- or when Het - the group symbol A can mean also the group -CH=CH-; R - hydrogen or halogen atom, C1-C3-alkyl or C1-C3-alkoxy-group; one of R3 and R4 means C1-C3-alkyl possibly omega-substituted with C1-C3-alkoxy-group and other independently of the first - C1-C3-alkyl, possibly substituted with C1-C3-alkoxy-group or the group ; R5 - hydrogen atom or C1-C6-alkyl possibly substituted with the group -N-RcRd; one of R1 and R2 means the group -OR' where R' means C1-C6-alkyl possibly substituted with C1-C3-alkoxy-group or cyano-group and other means independently of the first: a) C1-C3-alkyl; b) group -OR'; c) group ψ or d) group ORIV where RIV - hydrogen atom or substituent taken from (-(CH2)m-VH=CH-Ph,), (), () and (). Synthesized compounds can be used in medicine as agents enhancing antitumor action. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 8 cl
