FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: imidazole derivatives of the substituted alkoxyiminotetrahydronaphthalenes or chromones of the general formula (I): 
where: Z means CH2 or -O-; m = 1-4; T means direct or branched saturated or unsaturated C1-C6-hydrocarbon chain; A means the bond or bivalent group -O-CH2-; R means hydrogen atom or C1-C4-alkyl; R1 and R2 that are similar mean hydrogen atom or methyl, or one of R1 and R2 means hydrogen atom and other means: C1-C8-alkyl or C5-C8-cycloalkyl, thienyl, phenyl-C1-C4-alkyl group; or phenyl group where phenyl-group or phenyl moiety are free or substituted with 1 or 2 substituents taken independently of halogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl and C1-C4-alkoxy-group; R3 means hydrogen atom or the substituent taken from halogen atom, trihalide-C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-alkoxy-group; R4 - group OR5 where R5 - hydrogen atom or C1-C6-alkyl, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Pharmaceutical composition shows activity of thromboxane antagonist and thromboxane synthase inhibitor that contains a compound of the formula (I)
