COMPOSITION FOR PRINTING OF PRODUCTS WITH POLYVINYLCHLORIDE FILM COATING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: ornamented coloring of fibrous polymer materials, in particular, printing of products with polyvinylchloride film coating; applicable at enterprises where provision is made of use of patterns to products with PVC-film coating (artificial leather, oil-cloth, etc). SUBSTANCE: composition has acrylic binder in combination with precondensate thermosetting resin with additional introduction of special preparation (MK-1) which is essentially mixture of polyethylene emulsion and organosilicon compound. Concentration of organic solvents in the offered composition is sharply reduced. The composition includes the following components, mas.%: organic pigment, 1.5-7.0; polyvinylchloride resin, 1.0-1.5; organic solvent, 3.0-5.0; acrylic emulsion, 8.0-10.0; precondensate thermosetting resin, 4.0-5.0; catalyst, 0.5-1.0; plasticizer, 2.0-2.5; preparation MK-1, 1.0-2.0; thickening agent (3.5-7.0% aqueous solution), the balance. EFFECT: extended possibility of coloristic shaping of products with film coating due to use of textile pigments, improved working conditions due to reduction of concentration of organic solvents, improved quality of printing, increased fasteners of coloring and film coating, reduced coating stickiness with increased water-repellent properties. 5 tbl
