SUBSTANCE: composition containing pigment, waterproofing agent, softener, and thickener is distinguished by that said waterproofing agent is alkylpolyhydroxysiloxane or product of condensation of methylolmelamine with N-hydroxymethylstearylamide, said softener is polyethylene emulsion, and composition additionally contains N- hydroxymethyl derivative of melamine, divinyl-acrylonitrile copolymer, and potentially acidic catalyst. Contents of components are following, wt %: pigment, 1-3; alkylpolyhydroxysiloxane in the form of 30% emulsion or product of condensation of methylolmelamine with N- hydroxymethylstearylamide in the form of 20% dispersion, 0.12-3.4; 25% polyethylene emulsion, 2.7-22.0; N-hydroxymethyl derivative of melamine, 5.7-11.0; 30-40% aqueous dispersion of divinyl-acrylonitrile copolymer, 5.7-11.0; catalyst, 0.6-1.0; thickener in the form of 3.5-5.0% aqueous solution, the balance.
