FIELD: production of artificial leathers and electrically flocculated materials. SUBSTANCE: an adhesive is being strengthened by an action of UV-irradiation, emitted, for example by gas discharge lamps. In order to provide a capability of the adhesive to be strengthened, it includes, besides non-saturated and reactive compounds, a photoinitiator. A part of UV-irradiation spectrum, being non significant for performing a polymerization reaction of the adhesive, may be separated from a total light flux with use of a photofilters. The UV-irradiation flux is being directed in such a way, that to be coincided with a direction of orientation of a main part of particles, immersed into the adhesive.
