FIELD: mechanical engineering; rolling contact bearing. SUBSTANCE: bearing has two races with race way and cage with solids of revolution arranged between races. At least one layer of antifriction coating is applied to surfaces of race way of bearing races or solids of revolution. Coating consists of materials including chemical elements of soft metal group such as copper, tin, zinc, lead or their alloys. Summary thickness of coating in μm is calculated according to definite relationship and is set within 0.15 and 5.0 0,15 ... 5,00 μm. Coating is applied only to solids of revolution or only to raceway of at least one races. Cage is made of materials containing chemical elements included in coating. EFFECT: improved serviceability of antifriction bearing owing to increase in area of contact of solids of revolution and raceways. 4 cl, 2 dwg
