In addition station has at least one operator board which is connected through receiver and transmitter of joint signal to station data processing unit. In addition device has N-1 stations at least N-2 of which are connected to two other stations and each remaining station is connected to one another station with two-wire lines, N is greater than 1. In addition each station has receiver and transmitter of main signal and receiver and transmitter of additional signal, first, second, third and fourth commutators, first and second differential systems. Stations are connected to provide transmission of signal in direction which is opposite to main one. This results in possibility to decrease information losses after failure of several transmission lines.
