FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring potential difference between a selected point and base point, relative to which all measurements are carried out. The measurements are carried out by using electrodes produced from the same metal through liquid column containing physiological salt solution of sodium chloride. The column height is precalibrated under conditions of normal surrounding space based on statistical value of solution KSI-potential corresponding to concentration value of 0.9%. Then the measured potential value or the KSI-potential are compared to the liquid column KSI-potential value. The measured KSI-potential value exceeding the own KSI-potential value of the liquid column, the biologically active point state is determined as hyperactive (hyperfunction). The contrary being the case, drop in activity (hypofunction) is observed. Copper is selected to produce electrodes. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of the method. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
