FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method differs in that liquid media parameter, namely concentration-kinetic potential is used for measuring the homeostasis condition characteristic. For this purpose liquid column with measuring electrode installed in it is filled with physiological liquid and is calibrated in this liquid by average statistic value of concentration-kinetic potential under normal conditions of surrounding medium. Then it is brought to one of acupuncture points. Other electrode common to all measurements is connected to connection point of front and rear middle meridians positioned on upper lip frenulum. This done, direct current form current generator is passed through two physiological media thus formed separated with conducting transition from liquid medium of organism to physiological liquid medium. Current value is determined by concentration potentialities of physiological liquid used (for example 100 nA for 0.9 per cent of sodium chloride). Then value of concentration-kinetic potential of two liquid media is measured, and obtained result is recorded. Process of measurement and recording of concentration-kinetic potential value is continued for the remaining points of acupuncture. Each of measured and recorded values of potential is compared with physiological standard determined by range of values of concentration-kinetic potential between its average statistic value and root- mean-square deviations obtained for healthy organism. Concentration-kinetic condition of man's organism homeostasis is judged by correspondence between all measured values of concentration-kinetic potential and physiological standard.
