METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING HUMAN ORGANISM CONDITION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2214153 C2

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring concentrating kinetic potential (KSI-potential) in biologically active points by means of copper-and liquid electrodes on the sodium chloride solution base preliminarily calibrated with direct current. KSI-potential is measured in all 24 representative points of 12 symmetric meridians. The measured values are stored in memory and extrapolated over 5 functional systems of organism homeostasis corresponding to their physiological significance. KSI-potential values are compared to value range between the statistical means and mean square deviation calculated for adaptation optimum from - 60 to -100 mV and for orienting stages from -40 to -120 mV, for activation stages from -40 to 0 mV, for stress stages greater than 0 mV, for exhaustion stages from -120 to -200 mV and in failure cases below -200 mV. Then, organism condition is evaluated. The condition is considered to be normal, if KSI-potential values in points of all systems correspond to adaptation optimum, orienting and activation stages potential values. The condition is considered to be marginal when point potential values of some systems are found to be within the limits of potential value areas corresponding to activation stages, stress and/or exhaustion. The condition is considered to be pathological, when exhaustion and/or failure stage values are referred to. EFFECT: high reliability of diagnosis. 5 dwg
