SUBSTANCE: method comprises recording concentration-kinetic state of homeostasis of patient organism, comparing the state with theoretical and statistical norms, revealing weak elements of the organism on the basis of concentration-kinetic analysis of homeostasis, choosing the region of treatment, and treating the region with magnetic field. The device comprises power source, switch for changing regimes, solenoid connected with the power source through the switch, modulator, and controller for control of intensity of the magnetic field connected with the power source in series.
